VBL uses a tiny secret engine to find locked applications and websites without changing the performance of the other executed programs.

It finds all running programs even if they are not visible in taskbar and/or Windows task manager.
It is really invisible. Nobody can find it until you tell him/her about VBL.
It doesn't prompt about locked programs if you want. it just does what you need. You can specify random or user selectable actions to be done whenever a locked program executes.
It needs just about 62K of free memory! So running VBL will not change the performance of your PC.
